WOLVERHAMPTON youngster Leon Flint is having regular treatment on his wrist injury and will miss tonight’s rearranged trip to Belle Vue.

Talenteed teenager Flint has confirmed he has a fractured scaphoid which means he also misses out on the British Under-21 Final at Redcar on Friday.

He said: “Gutted is an understatement, but I’ve got a long career in front of me and it’s not worth making things worse.

“It’s time to rest up and come back where we left off.”

Jack Smith, a former Belle Vue Colts rider, will once again deputise for Flint in Manchester in a clash quickly rescheduled from Monday when it was washed out.

BELLE VUE: Brady Kurtz, Richie Worrall, Steve Worrall, Charles Wright, Dan Bewley, Tom Brennan, Jye Etheridge.

WOLVERHAMPTON: Sam Masters, Luke Becker, Nick Morris, Ryan Douglas, Rory Schlein, Broc Nicol, Jack Smith.
