WOLVERHAMPTON will track some familiar faces for their 2020 Premiership push.

Club bosses Chris Van Straaten and Peter Adams spoke to fans at their winter talk-in on Tuesday at the Cleveland Arms Sports Pub with a bumper turnout.

And Van Straaten says plans are going well for the team with more discussions with riders planned over the coming days.

He says riders from last season will figure but other options are still on the table.

“I’m happy with the way team building is going,” promoter Chris Van Straaten said.

“If all goes to plan I think it would be a very solid team and there is scope for improvement which of course is the key to winning anything in this sport.

“It’s some of the team which got us to the play-offs this year and I’d fancy our chances of doing the same again next season should everything work out.

“It was good to see so many supporters turnout on Tuesday as well; it’s these kind of events that renew your enthusiasm and it was good to see the supporters feeling pretty positive about next season.”
