WOLVERHAMPTON have been forced into a late change ahead of tonight's trip to Birmingham (Wednesday, 7.30).

Seven-times British Champion Scott Nicholls has been ruled out on family grounds, so 2016 Elite League winner and Cradley No.1 Max Clegg will deputise.

Parrys International Wolves promoter Chris Van Straaten said: "We thank Max for stepping in at such short notice.

"I have fond memories of my time at Birmingham in the 1980s and it should be an entertaining evening all round."

Wolverhampton fans will get the opportunity to see American Champion Luke Becker in action for the first time along with 2019 team-mates Sam Masters, Kyle Howarth and Ashley Morris.

Turnstiles open at 6.15 for a 7.30 start.
