WOLVERHAMPTON team boss Peter Adams hopes his side can end on a high as they round off their Premiership fixtures at Poole on Wednesday (7.30).

A damaging defeat at home to league leaders King’s Lynn on Monday all but ended their outside play-off bid – with only a sequence of highly unlikely results able to see them break into the top four.

But Adams is realistic about the likelihood of that happening and just wants his side to give it their best shot in Dorset.

“We’ve been poor away from home this season there’s no getting away from that,” Adams said.

“But we owe it to everyone competing in the league to do our best in every meeting and that will be the case again at Poole.

“We’re certainly not going to go down there and rollover - we’re going to do the best we can and see where that takes us.”

Swindon’s Nick Morris again stands in for skipper Rory Schlein while Danny Ayres comes in for Nathan Greaves at reserve.

POOLE: Brady Kurtz, Josh Grajczonek, Nicolai Klindt, Kacper Woryna, Chris Harris, Richie Worrall, Frederik Jakobsen.

WOLVERHAMPTON: Sam Masters, Kyle Howarth, Jonas B Andersen, Nick Morris, Jacob Thorssell, Ashley Morris, Danny Ayres.
